I had the worst experience at this hotel. The receptionist was super rude, and my room wasn't even available. We got stuck in a tiny room that felt outdated and noisy-it was a nightmare deal for what we paid!

The location offered was great right by Strathfield Private Hospital for 5 days, all facilities, trains, shops and the train station and the shops apart from that.

Great location near the train station and a clean, spacious room made for an enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and the little outdoor area felt safe and cute. Just a heads-up-might want to double-check amenities since my room lacked the balcony I expected. A solid choice!

I stayed here for a concert at Olympic Park, just a short 5-minute walk to the train station. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy to grab a bite or coffee. The room was comfortable, featuring a kitchenette and a lovely outdoor courtyard. Grace, the hotel owner, was amazing—welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit.
I totally recommend this hotel.

The ground floor was convenient, though the stairs looked daunting. The comfortable bed and basic amenities, like a fridge and microwave, were appreciated. The staff was friendly, making our experience a bit more pleasant. confusion during check-in and inconsistent Wi-Fi were drawbacks. The hotel's location is great for accessing nearby parks and Olympic sites, perfect for family bonding.

The convenience of the database made it easy to access useful information throughout my stay, enhancing my experience. The large layout allowed me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
There was one minor drawback: the TV was mounted at ceiling level, which made it uncomfortable to watch unless I lay flat in bed. the thin walls were a bit distracting as I could hear noise from the adjacent room.

I was kinda surprised by the fantastic value for money and the cozy, super clean room I stayed in.
The morning meal could use more options to choose from.

I really loved the location! It's just a block away from the train station, making it super easy to get around. The little outdoor area is always tidy and well-lit, which gave me a nice sense of safety. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a big plus too!
My check-in experience was a bit rocky thanks to a rude receptionist who made me feel unwelcome. there were some unnecessary pieces of furniture in the room, like a bulky three-seater couch that just took up space. The air conditioning controls had a weird restriction too, which was kind of annoying. it was a mixed bag!

Oh mate, gotta love the close proximity to those rippin' eateries! Just a stroll away from tasty spots like Doo Ri for Korean BBQ and the vibey Monkey House. Not to mention, that comfy room had me feelin' right at home-super clean with a cozy mattress and aircon bliss. Perfect base for exploring Strathfield and beyond!
The parking situation was a bit dodgy, with mixed signals about fees. And that receptionist?
